Elaboration
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to maintain flavors and make a good extraction of color and tannins. Post-fermentation maceration of 15 days according to taste. Two months of wood (33% U.S. Virginia 66% French Allier). Descovat when optimum filter before you put in the bottle.

Note de tasting
Visual: Color red cherry strong. Good layer of red-lilac color meniscus. Clean and limpid, soft tannins and structured.
Aroma: Intensity of red fruits, chocolate, with hints of plum, apple reminiscences.
Taste: Fresh, fruity, light, sweet, balanced acidity. The palate is enveloping, warm and harmonious. In aftertaste, there are the persistent chocolate flavors with hints of vanilla and wild fruits.
